| What are your hours of operation? We are open Monday thru Friday from 8:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays are reserved for our families. |
| What makes of vehicles do you service? We specialize in the maintenance and service of Honda and Acura vehicles. We have specialized in these two makes for the past 18 years and have serviced thousands of these vehicles and our experience makes us a great choice in taking care of your Honda or Acura. |
| Do I need to set an appointment for service? Yes, please call ahead of time to schedule an appointment to drop your vehicle off so that we can serve you promptly. Usually we are scheduling one to two days ahead. |
| Do you have before hours or after hours vehicle drop off option? Yes, if you need to leave the vehicle with us before we open or after we have closed; we have an envelope box located beside our entrance door to fill out and secure the vehicle key and a slot on our entrance door to secure the keys inside the shop. |
| Can I wait for my oil change to be completed? Yes, we do offer waiting appointments for oil changes but these do fill quickly. We have a comfortable waiting area with magazines and children’s books to make your wait more enjoyable. |
| Do you charge for estimates? If your vehicle’s concern can be determined by visual check or vehicle scan tool there would be no charge, if we have to perform diagnosis test or disassemble parts to find the cause of the concern there would be a diagnosis fee. This fee would be discussed with you in advance. |
| Do you offer warranties on your repairs and service? Yes, our warranty is 12 month/12,000 miles unless otherwise stated. |
| Do you provide repairs covered under manufactures warranty? No, repairs covered by the manufacture warranty would have to be performed by the manufactures local dealer. But any and all maintenance and service that is “customer pay” can be performed by us at a less expensive price and would not void your vehicles warranty. We also keep your vehicles service records on hand should you ever need to show proof of maintenance. |

| Will Acutech do engine modifications such as add turbo chargers, superchargers or suspension adjustment to lower my vehicle? No. We believe in the quality and performance of Honda and Acura vehicles and most modifications to these vehicles are more detrimental to the vehicle’s reliability and performance. We believe in the use of quality parts to a factory standard. |
